His color scheme is also the complete opposite to Kiryu's. He definitely is one of the most interesting characters that Yakuza has produced since the conception in my opinion. Also chances are the online game may not make it outside of Japan and if that's the case then I hope the modding community can release an English patch.

PSO2ES exists with a decent english patch, I am sure the modding community is capable as long as they want that in the first place. That said who knows really.

I'm gonna stay optimistic and say I'm pretty excited to see what Kasuga has to offer
Also Kiryu deserves a break if you're asking me

Ichiban looks like he'd be a breath of fresh air. He gives off that scruffy, classy, laid-back feel. He looks like he enjoys some good jazz fusion, while drinking some whiskey and smoking a cigar. ALMOST like Akiyama, but he's got more of that struggle attached to him.

Interesting your parallel with Akiyama. I just hope it will be exploited during the substories. I put the translated prologue as a reminder and the short video of the ad with the only shot we know him. A big hook of nag between the Brawler and the Beast ^^.

I wonder if they'll give him a dragon tattoo or something else.

I'd be disappointed if he didn't have a dragon tattoo.Ultra Instinct Delly wrote:I wonder if they'll give him a dragon tattoo or something else.

Honestly, I hope they don't give Ichiban a Dragon tattoo and give him a Koi one instead as like a homage to Nishiki, whose played by the same actor funnily enough. Replacing the Main series' Dragon (Kiryu) with another Dragon (Ichiban) would just miss the point of replacing the original in the first place.

There have already been three dragons. Although it would be logical for him to have a dragon tattoo, I prefer a new tattoo. For example, Suzaku (phoenix) which would make sense considering that Shin Yakuza is the revival of the series.
